it's lovely, but 188M? are you on crack? absolutely not! and what is more nauseating is the idiotic braintrust in the marketing department that said, let's use a lily white family of blondes to show our perfect buyer, and dress the elementary school aged girl like a mini me version of her mother. put some clothes on that child, better yet, can this whole video and just use text to point out what type of team is required to run the ranch and get rid of that family. dreadful marketing and a waste of money. fire that agency and if in house, close the department and rehire. when that's done and a quality tool has been developed, bring the price down to the 60 to 63 million, and even that's too high. it's in frickin' nevada for christ's sake, oh, fire chase international, they literally suck

Honestly, I could care less about the decadent opulence exhibited here! We lived in North Tahoe thru most of the 70’s when you knew just about everyone , life was about living in the moment in modest fashion. Hiking to the top of Tallac or into 5 lakes or hanging at chimney or Skunk beach with friends, skiing 4-5 last runs at the end of the day because the supposed last run felt so good ! Anyway, you get the point. I still love Tahoe but it’s not the same!

Tahoe is a nasty, crowded tourist trap. Not sure why anyone goes there. Definitely wouldn't pay $188mm for a home in that shit hole.

This house tour was so obviously full of secrets that it could be Gretchen Weiner's hair on picture day. Uuhh what about that entire separate building... you know, the one we can see like right there? The redfin listing said something like 2000 adittional sqft. From this vid, it may as well not even exist. I don't think this place is ACTUALLY for sale. Something is just not right here. Motivated sellers would never lack so much detail. Playing hard to get is not a thing in competitive markets. I think this person is just fluffing their feathers and paying real estate agents for marketing shpeals. That'll be two cents.
